The SunTrust racing team has a new look!
The distinctive look of the #10 Pontiac Riley has undergone a makeover to coincide with the new brand that sponsor, SunTrust Bank, unveiled on April 25, 2005. SunTrust Banks and the team are excited about the new look. John Mauney, Senior Vice President, Director of Marketing Services for SunTrust Bank said, "It was difficult to make the change since we have gained worldwide exposure with the black-and-yellow design scheme. We believe the new design is stunning and will continue to complement the black and white of the checkered flag in victory lane."
The new look will be unveiled on Friday April 29, 2005 for the US Sports Car Invitational at the historic Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. The Speed Channel will spotlight the team in coverage of the race beginning 2:30 p.m. EST, May 1st.
